Clergy Compensation Calculator Notes:

This Clergy Compensation Calculator is provided for you to run through various scenarios for budgeting or personal purposes. The Charge Conference Clergy Compensation form is found in COLTS when logged into the system using the assigned Clergy LogonID.

All fields must have a value. Please input the Clergy Name and select a Conference Relationship. The default Clergy Relationship "Other" is used for all other Conference Relationships than the four listed. In the Charge Conference Clergy Compensation Form the Clergy Name, Charge, District, Conference Relation, and GBGM ID will be provided by the system. If you leave data blank then the system will request data input (input a 0 if you have no data for a field).

All dollars must be entered in whole dollar amounts without punctuation. Do not enter dollars with cents commas or periods. (Example: Your Annual Base Salary is $12,000.00 you will enter the salary as 12000).
If a value greater than 0 is entered in BOTH Accountable Reimbursement and Travel Allowance then both Accountable Reimbursement and Travel Allowance fields will be input as 0. You may enter one but not both.
